This role is perfect for someone who enjoys making things, not just operating equipment. You’ll be hands‑on, shaping materials, building components, and seeing your work come to life.
The ideal candidate will have:
A good understanding of GRP processes such as wet lay‑up and applying gel coats
Experience using hand tools
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
The ability to work well in a small team and independently
Experience is helpful — but if you have the right attitude and want to learn a skilled trade, we will train you.

Job Details
Full‑time role - 40 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 6:30am – 2:30pm
alary: £27,000 up £32,500 per year depending on skills and experience
